An application for those wishing to volunteer to officially photograph events.

Photographers will be taking photos around the con, capturing events, panels, and potentially taking GPose/Screenshot requests from guests.

*The use of most 3rd party tools can not be used for this role, this includes Posing tools and visual Modifications to the game. Only light use of Gshade/Reshade will be accepted.

Additionally, you must have a character on a NA Data Centre to attend AetherCon in game.

An application for those who wish to volunteer to be security, ushers, Twitch/Discord Moderators, etc.

 

AetherCon Show Dates: September 27-29, 2024

 

Mod responsibilities should include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring panels, meet and greets, and main events are not disrupted, in-game areas etc.

• Removing people who are causing problems for guests from the discord

• Being present in-game so as to provide someone for guests to go to if they're having an issue

• Acting as de-escalators should anything turn ugly at any point, in text chats, voice chats, in game chats etc.

• Reminding guests overall of con rules and happenings periodically

• Tend to the all powerful LineCon

 

Deadline closes Sept 13th and all applicants will hear back within 1 week after it closes.
